I’m so sorry for the late reply, we arrived home late last night after a big day at the gardens and eating pastries at Ben Ean!
I just wanted to say the biggest thank you for making our Hunter Valley trip so incredibly special. We honestly had the most amazing time, and so much of that was because of you.
From the moment we met you, you made us feel so welcome, and nothing ever seemed like too much trouble. We are still blown away that you went out of your way to buy car seats for the kids and organise everything for us at the last minute. That level of kindness and care is so rare, and it meant the world to us.
You didn’t just give us a tour, you created an experience we’ll never forget. We haven’t stopped talking about what an incredible weekend we had, and you played such a huge part in making it so memorable.
